GAF, one of the largest roofing manufacturers in the nation, just increased its operations in Pennsylvania with a new plant. Our team was honored to have been chosen for the project, installing 255,830 SF 60 mil TPO at the New Columbia facility.
The new plant will exclusively manufacture EnergyGuard™ Polyiso Insulation. This popular insulation board is used in a large number of commercial roofing systems, including modified bitumen, built-up roofing, and single-ply. Demand for these products continues to rise in part due to global warming concerns, which have led many states and jurisdictions to enact stricter guidelines regarding buildings' energy efficiency.

All GAF products were used, 255,830 SF 60 mil TPO with an R-value of 30 and 25-year total system warranties.
